Modifications advice: What would YOU do?

As soon as I get her back, little Suzy is going to school.
My friend Andre teaches a motorcyle shop class at Valley College in San Bernardino, and his students are mulling over a whole range of modifications. Everything from somehow spicing in a 1100T honda engine, to creating a retro cafe racer. They are anxious to cut and weld, bang and drill...and I'm not too sure (the bike was fine the way it was. it just doesn't RUN right now.)

QUESTION: If you could do anything to your savage, what would you do?
